Most investor claims are prosecuted through Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitration proceedings at the closest FINRA office to the investor’s home, usually a major American city. International clients with brokerage accounts at FINRA registered firms in the United States or in Europe ordinarily file a claim for relief in arbitration at locations within the United States.
